I hate the idea that florals have to be reserved for the spring and summer months so I was very excited to find this floral skirt in H&M. The fabric is thicker, making it perfect for fall or winter with tights and high boots. I decided to pair it with all neutral colors since the yellow is so vibrant. This is definitely a transitional item that can withstand the change of seasons.
