Congratulations on your A! I just visited Hong Kong and loved the city. I am now quite take with China and have been reading Jeffrey Alford and Naomi Duguid's newest cookbook Beyond The Great Wall, Recipes and travels in the other China. It has great stories, stunning photos and recipes. You would probably really enjoy it.

All of you are just so sweet! I really appreciate all the encouragement and so far, I think I will do ok, but will surely know once I take a look at that exam. I have a perfect score so far in the course, well except the midterm, I missed 2 questions :( so I am hoping to ACE this exam. Yes, yes on the cow's milk straight from the cow...dairy farmer family here when I was growing up, so I really miss having that fresh straight from the cow's milk also...I come pretty close
